Iomlan-Bowl

I love making these “Buddha” bowls, I call Iomlan-bowls. These are so cozy and comforting in the colder weather. This particular one was for brunch. 

Here is how I made it. 

Toss salad of organic romaine, organic kale (from my garden), organic spinach, yellow cherry tomatoes, cucumber, sweet peppers, blueberries, and broccoli; top with salsa to dress. 

Then add stir fried purple onion, organic potatoes-diced, tofu seasoned with turmeric, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, nutritional yeast, Himalayan salt and 1-2  tablespoons water. Place on top of salad, then dice on top avocado and 2-3 tablespoons of salsa to decorate. 

The combination of all these yummy veggies, fruits, tofu and avocado is amazing in your mouth!!
